Bar Manager, Brewery Bar (Start date - ASAP)

 

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Bar Manager to run our brewery bar, overseeing day-to-day operations while working closely with the brewery team.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a starting salary of £25,000-£30,000, depending on experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Full day-to-day management of the brewery bar
   

• Working closely with brewery staff and management
   

• Acting as a point of contact between the bar and brewery
   

• Staff supervision, training and rota management
   

• Cash handling and cashing up
   

• Stock control
   

• P&L responsibility and cost control
   

• Managing and creating content for social media
   

• Organising and promoting events to drive footfall and sales
   

• Managing brewery tour bookings
   

• Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and compliance
   

• Line cleaning & cellar management (alongisde brewery team)

Current Opening Hours:

• Wednesday evening
   

• Thursday evening
   

• Friday evening
   

• Saturday: 12pm – 11pm
   

• Sunday: 12pm – 5pm

​

About You:

• Proven experience in a bar management or senior bar role
   

• Confident with bar manager responsibilities
   

• Comfortable engaging with customers, brewery staff and management
   

• Organised, proactive and able to take ownership of the role
   

• Creative mindset for events and customer engagement
   

• Passionate about beer, hospitality and great service
