Phipps Charter Beer Spirit (named from the council charter awarded to our founder Pickering Phipps Esq by the High Sheriff of Northamptonshire in 1897) has been distilled from our own traditional ales brewed in the historic Albion Brewery.  Like whisky, this beer spirit captivates with soft wood aromas and convinces mildly and roundly with vanilla and caramel notes while a light, exotic fruitiness is added by the hops.  
Enjoy this spirit neat, on ice or with a drop of water.
